How you pay

Pay for the leads you take and the jobs you finish.

Nothing for the page, nothing for leads you pass on. When you accept a lead, the lead fee is added to your statement. When a job you quoted is confirmed complete, so is 30% of the quote the homeowner accepted.

Prices as of October 2026. Your portal shows your current price before you accept any lead.

Price your quote

Know what you keep before you send it.

The 30% is worked out on the quote the homeowner accepts, and your price is yours to set. Your portal shows the fee and what you keep on every quote before it goes out.

How a lead flows

From a photo to a paid job, in six steps.

  1. Step 1:A homeowner diagnoses the problem on your page

They show it with a photo or a sound clip, see a quick diagnosis, then call you or send a request.

  2. Step 2:You accept the lead

You see the trade, the diagnosis, the photo and the area first. Accept to see their name and contact details. Decline or ignore it and it costs nothing.

    $45 lead fee
  3. Step 3:You send a quote

Write your price and scope in the portal. It shows the 30% fee and what you keep before you send.

  4. Step 4:The homeowner accepts by email

They get your quote in an email from FinderlyFix on your behalf, and accept or decline it with one link.

  5. Step 5:You finish the job, and they confirm

Mark it complete in the portal. The homeowner gets an email to confirm. If 7 days pass and they haven’t reported a problem, it counts as confirmed.

  6. Step 6:It lands on your statement

The success fee is added to your Billing page, next to your lead fees. One invoice a month covers both.

Questions contractors ask

FinderlyFix does, once a month, by email. It covers the lead fees and success fees added to your statement that month, and payment is due 15 days after the invoice date. Your portal’s Billing page shows every charge the moment it is added, so nothing on the invoice is a surprise.

If they tell us something is wrong, no success fee is charged while we look into it. Our team reviews it with you and the homeowner, then confirms the job, adjusts its value, or cancels it. You only pay 30% of the value we confirm. If you think a charge on your statement is wrong, email billing@finderlyfix.com within 30 days.

Yes. A request made on your page is offered to you and only you. We don’t sell it to other pros. The one exception is yours to switch on: network fallback in your settings lets a request nobody on your side takes go to our referral network, and only if the homeowner gives separate permission.

A job you marked complete that the homeowner then confirms, or that they don’t object to within 7 days of our confirmation email. A job cancelled before you mark it complete has no success fee.

Your quote is yours. Charge what you would charge anyway; the 30% is worked out on the quote the homeowner accepts, so you can price it in. The lead fee is set by FinderlyFix, shown before you accept each lead, and we give you 30 days’ notice in your portal before it changes.

Anytime. There is no contract, no monthly minimum and no cancellation fee. You only pay for what you already used: leads you accepted and jobs confirmed complete.
